    Okay. I just purchased the Premium version, and received a confirmation email, but no instructions how to download the premium version of the plugin. Help?

    Thanks for purchasing our plugin. We have send you several emails regarding the purchase. There in one mail we have told you how to download the plugin. Also in the plugin description page we have written about this. You will also get the instruction in our FAQ page. Here, I’m again telling you how to download the plugin:

    Login to your Realwebcare account and go to Services >> My Services from the second menu. Click on the plugin name and you will get the download link in the next page at left sidebar. If you need any kind of support regarding the plugin open a ticket to our dedicated support team. We will get back to you ASAP.
