Changing ID short code
-
Hi,
some days ago I installed TablePress and started making tables. I found out how to get colums in the right width and everything looked oke on my pc screen. Then I discovered that on my mobile phone the table did not fit the screen. It was clearly not responsive…. After some searching I found out that I needed the plugin TablePress Extension Responsive Tables. SO far so good. I installed and activated it. Then I tried to change the Table ID shortcode (as was explained). In my case, I wanted to change [table id=6 /] to [table id=6 responsive=scroll /].
I no way I could get this done. The box in the table editor does not accept a space or a = sign. Then I found out that I (probably) need the plug in: TablePress Extension Change Table Shortcode (…where is this gonna end….). Now it seems that when I make a new table, my images does not come out in the desired size…. (I did not have this problem before) AND my already working tables are set to : None! They just do not appear anymore. It seems that the table ID need an additional tp before the code. So: [tp table id=6 /] instead of [table id=6 /]. After deactivating the 2 extensions my earlier made tables show up again….. So: what are my questions?! 1. Do I really need the 2 extensions to get the ID shortcode changed? 2. HOW can I change the ID shortcode? 3. Why does the size of the pics that I have in my table change (they all become much bigger)? Hope you can help me with this, cheers from Holland, HansThe page I need help with: [log in to see the link]
