Changing image for another site

  • I’ve inserted an image from https://www.wpc.ncep.noaa.gov/NationalForecastChart/staticmaps/noaad1.png, and the images does appear, however it get added to media library and doesn’t update. This image is updated everyday and I need this to update on my page as well. I’ve even tried custom html and in preview it shows up, but after updating page and when I try this page on another device, including device that I made the changes on, nothing shows up now.

    How can I add an image that changes on a daily basis?
