For Elementor specific advice, I suggest asking in their dedicated support forum
    https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/elementor/

The devs and expert users there are in the best position to help you.

FWIW, the generic approach outside of Elementor is to have some JavaScript that runs on a timer event swap out background image URLs of the appropriate CSS declaration. How the script knows what images to use is highly variable. The easiest for a self coded solution is to hardcode a list right in the script. It’s also the least user friendly and most difficult to change/add images in the future.

Another approach would be to use an image carousel plugin or Elementor widget to rotate foreground images. Your regular page content can be overlaid on top by appropriate CSS declarations.
