Changing information box with drop down box

  • Bit of a newb here!

    Setting up a website, and I would like to use a drop down box
    with services in then a box below that shows a description and
    terms and conditions.

    Eg:
    [DROPDOWNBOX]

    (Changing text area based on the drop down box selection)
