Changing IP address to URL not working

  • I didn’t have the domain yet and I decided to start building my site. I stayed at the IP address as URL.
    Now if I tried to changed the IP address to domain then website crashes and it white. So far I have modified the functions.php, wp-config.php files and changed the url in phpmyadmin. Still the website is white and I cannot do nothing.
    How can I solve this problem or how can I determine what wrong or where is the error?

    Until you have a registered domain and then point that domain to your server IP address, it won’t work.

    Then what do I have to do?
    After registering the domain and changed the dns settings I was able to access the website with domain also but if I navigated in the website then it changed back to ID address.

    You need to change all instances of the old ip address in your database to your new domain name. There is some information here that may help: Changing Your Domain Name and URLs

    There is a list of plugins at the bottom of that section that can help you with replacing the IP address with your domain name.
