    I’d also like to change the colors of the octagon boxes that are in the projects sections to custom colors.

    Hi TO change the underline color of ttile .

    For this Go to Wp Admin << Appearance << Option Panel << Quick Start << Find The Custom Css Field .

    THen Copy past the below css code .

    .qua-separator {
background-color: #1A1515;
}

    You can change color as your need.
