Changing line under Top Bar but leaving accent colours unchanged

Good morning,
Newbie here – this is my first WordPress website – using Beaver Builder.
I have one annoying issue which I can’t seem to resolve – I would like the line under the top bar to be white (or gone), but if I do that then all of my accent links are white and hence invisible.
Is there any way I can make the line under the top bar white and leave the accent colours as they are?

You can achieve this by applying following CSS code.
.fl-page-bar { border-bottom: 4px solid #ffffff !important; }Hope this will help.
