Hello, I just installed the plugin and some questions would like to ask:

    1. After installed it, it seems the plugin will auto replace the original email templates of Woocommerce. If this is correct, how can I enable/disable that? Or I need to set each template one by one? Is setting the email template to Default Template works?

    2. For all the templates, on the top, it shows “YOUR LOGO” instead of my website name and logo, so it seems like I have to add the logo manually. It has no problem to do it once, but do I have to do that one by one to all the templates?

    3. Similar situation, for the email footer, if there is any change, do I also have to do that one by one on all template? Or any other ways to do that?

    4. I would like to add a new email, once the client has paid an order, beside the order email now, it will send an additional welcome email with some information we want to tell the clients, so we just need to create a new template, and in Email Type, set it to Order Details (Paid)?

    Thank you very much.

    Hi,

Thank you for reaching out to us, and sorry for the late response.

    1. There are toggles to enable/unable our email templates or original WooCommerce emails, go to WooCommerce settings > Emails, see this: https://ibb.co/rd4zNqg
    2. In the basic version, you will need to manually edit each template, you can copy an element and paste it among templates quicker: https://ibb.co/2vN55Dm. Besides, the Blocks feature will help?if you want to make mutual blocks that can be used in different templates quickly, this feature is not available in the basic version.
    3. The same case as 2.
    4. The new additional welcome email with some information should be created using a third-party plugin, as the default WooCommerce emails do not include this email type, therefore it can not be generated or customized by our plugin. If you are aware of any plugins that can generate such an email type, you may add this new email type to our email template list following this guide: 3.?Creating new email types by 3rd plugin.

    Best regards.
