Hello, I have Project Manager installed on my WordPress. When I click on Projects > My Project and then the “eye” next to a task list it brings me to the “single list” page. On this page you can “add a comment” which brings up a WYSISWIG that has an “Attach” button.

The problem is that if the file I am trying to attach is too big it just does nothing. It doesn’t give me an error that the file is too big it just doesn’t respond. I was wondering if there was any way I could change the attach file upload max size? Based on the files I have tried it seems to be a 2MB limit. Any way to up that?

    Thanks!

    Hi @sabastious,

    Thanks for your question.

You can set max file upload limit/size from the wp-admin/wp project manager/settings/general settings as you can see in the screenshot https://prnt.sc/1rli87a

After setting the file upload limit, just try to upload the file in the project/tasks/comment it works.

If you face any difficulties/issues again then just contact us directly through our website that we can check your site, reproduce and fix this issue as soon as possible?

    Best regards.

Thank you so much for the reply! It worked, but I had to log out and in for the setting change to take effect ??

    Hi @sabastious,

    Great you got it worked.

Maybe there was a cache that forced your to log out and in for the setting change to take effect.

Feel free to write us that we can help you more.

    Best regards.
