Changing “maximum level” to “Heading H4” leaves a tag unclosed

When I add the simpleTOC block to my page, then change the block setting “Maximum Level” from the default value to “Heading H4”, the table of contents on my page has an unclosed
- tag which causes the rest of my page to be indented as though it were inside the
- tag for the table of contents.
