Changing my archive page title

    Hi,

    I need to change my archive title name and date format but can’t find where I need to make the edits.

    My events page title is ‘What’s on’ but my archive page title is ‘Events – 17 Jul 15’. I want to change both the title and date format to ‘What’s on – 17th July 2015’.

    Where can I do this?
