Changing No. book items in Translation not working

Hi, I’ve read in several places that in order to Change the text “No. book items” that you go to translation and find that text and change it. I’ve done this and it saves it, but there is no change on the front end… it still says “No. book items” under the Check in & Check out options.

If I go into the file jquery.dop.frontend.BSPCalendar.js and change it on line 225 then it does change. This would be fine, but as this is for a client I do not want to have to do this everytime the plugin is updated and the update overwrites my change.

I’m using the free version of the plugin BTW.
