Changing old posts into recipe style

Hi,

I have food blog for many years. I had a classic theme and I have 15 years old recipe archive written as classic post format. Now I have Cooked plugin and I wanna change all my post formatted recipes into cooked plugin recipes. But is there any way to change them into recipe? It seems I can manually add new recipes from my old posts but every post have comments and I can’t carry them.

And my second question is: I want some posts to stay as posts, and some change in recipes. But they both have different category blocks. Can’t I use only 1 cetagory list for both of them? Thank you.
