Changing order status fails in updating order total correctly

Hi,
if an order is processed applying a gift card everything is ok, but whenever it turns its status from “Processing” to “Completed” for example, the total order is updated by woocommerce without subtracting the gift card payment anymore.
Customers do not have correct details in the final email and also in “my account” the information becomes wrong.
Is it happening to someone else?
