changing page order of tabs and changing page names

Hi

I have set up a test site at https://www.overlander.tv/wordpress/

I havent been able to work out how to change the order of my page tabs, can someone inform me?

Also I want to change the urls of my pages eg the about page – https://www.overlander.tv/wordpress/?page_id=8 I want to change to https://www.overlander.tv/wordpress/about. What is the best way to do this?
