Changing Page URL

    I need to make this page’s URL ke-kouncil-survey-1 because 500 copies of an invitation with a QR code have already been printed. But since I trashed the original page it won’t let me make the page URL what I need it to be. Is there something I need to clean out of the DB? If there is, I wouldn’t know how to do that. Please help. Thank you for reading this.
