Changing payment method greyed out

    When you go to checkout as a guest and try to change the payment methods, the sidebar stays grey and you’re not able to switch to another method.

    All plugins, themes and WordPress + WooCommerce are up to date.

    I understand that you’re unable to change payment methods on your site when checking out as a guest.

    Can you please share if this is happening to guest checkout only? Or, this happens even to logged-in customers on your site?

    I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the necessary information below for us to investigate the issue further:

    • System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
    • Fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.
