    Hi, Love the new theme!

    I was wondering how do I change the width of my posts, so that they are 640px (and line up with my photos) ?

    I’m slowly getting used to editing CSS, so just point me in the right direction please!

  • I’m sorry, but do you notice the bet online link at the topmost of your site?

    Just opened my blog on my desk top and nothing there. When I open it on my ipad it is at the top.

    I’m a real novice at all this… How can I get rid of it?

    I’m not the expert on this, but here is from a quick search on this forum
    https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/my-site-deface-link-integrated-on-my-homepage

    See if you have any of that plugins installed, and deactivate it.

    For convenient, here are the lists from the post above.

    • seo-cheese
    • return-to-top
    • g-translate (note the hyphen – other versions are fine)
    • seo-interlinking
    • google-maps-by-daniel-martyn

    Also, it would be helpful (for you and for others) if you could list all the plugins used in your site here.

    Thankyou!

    It was obviously the seo-cheese plugin. I don’t have any of the others installed.

    I’ve deleted all the files and now it’s gone.

    Now just to fix the width!

    Use this in Appearance > Edit CSS ( by Jetpack plugin )

    #primary { max-width: 640px; }
    #primary.full-width { max-width: 100%; }

    Have you done any modification directly to theme stylesheet? If so, please move it over together, and make sure the original theme stylesheet is as new.

    thankyou for that.

    No, I have only changed the customisable options.

    It looks great now – you have been a huge help.
