    Hi,

There seems to be an issue with woocommerce not displaying the correct prices for products even though it is entered in the backend admin area. I am using Printful and dropshippers plugin and they are at a loss themselves. Was there an update that could trigger such issues that you might be aware of? I am willing to give access to woocommerce pros to check it out. They stated that their plugins are working fine since the price entered in the backend and they even confirmed that from their end as well. Attached is a screenshot of the drop shipper’s plugin from their own data on their server showing that the correct price was posted on their server, but when it displays on the front end in the website, the price is completely different.

    here is the screenshot:

    https://drive.google.com/file/d/1CQ9c36kDKgZL9xL2eQiUvzrh_ifn7O2P/view?usp=sharing

As you can see from above screenshots how the price is entered in backend and visually seen on their server as $39.11, yet on the front end it displays item as $36.90. We tried it on several items and it is always the same. even though it is showing $36.90 on the backend on my website, it is actually $39.11 on the drop shipper’s website because I input that price on their website and link it to my website, but when it transfers the price, what is shown on my end it $36.90!

I would appreciate your help in this matter.

    Thanks

  • Hi @hamadata

    Thanks for sharing the screenshots.

From your description it seems that it could be caching issue. As a first step we would recommend checking whether you have a caching plugin and then purging all cache from it. Next, you’ll want to configure the plugin not to cache the cart, checkout, and My Account pages. Here’s a helpful guide – https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/configuring-caching-plugins/

→ If you do not have a caching plugin, check if your host is doing any caching of sorts and ask them to disable it.

→ Next, you’ll want to clear your browser’s cache memory, and check if the issue persists. Here’s a guide: https://wordpress.com/support/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache

Here’s a step by step guide about clearing cache that you may find helpful: https://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/how-to-clear-your-cache-in-wordpress/

If the issue persists after trying the above, please share a copy of your site’s System Status. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

Was there an update that could trigger such issues that you might be aware of?

This particular issue has not been reported after the recent-most update. Whether there is a conflict between the Printful or dropshippers plugin and WooCommerce is yet to determined. If clearing the cache doesn’t help then you may run the conflict test, the steps for which are detailed here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/

I am willing to give access to woocommerce pros to check it out.

Kindly note that it is prohibited to share/ask for email and login credentials as per the forum guidelines: https://www.ads-software.com/support/guidelines/#the-bad-stuff

Keep us informed on the progress.

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this thread as resolved – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.
