    I can not see any URL in your post except woocommerce plugin’s URL

    This looks like a theme template problem so best to ask your theme vendor’s support service about it. They may be able to correct the problem in the next theme update.

    In the meantime you may be able to hide the second instance with this custom css:

    .woocommerce-variation .woocommerce-variation-availability
{display:none}
