    Hey there teamshark1,

    How are you doing today?

Can you please double check if the providers whose emails you’ve changed in the admin profiles are actually selected as service providers in Appointments -> Settings -> Service Providers.

    Best regards,
    Bojan

    Bojan,

I’m having the same issue. I’ve updated my admin email in WP => Settings => General and by default, the plugin still sends an email to the original admin email. It seems like a little bug in the back end.. Is there a way to check it out?

    Thanks,
    Scott

    Hey there Scott,

I’ve did some testing and I could partially confirm the issue, what did resolve this for me was actually changing admin email in admin user profile as well as in Settings -> General.

Can you please also try changing admin user email to see if that will help?

    Best regards,
    Bojan

I just installed Appointments and during a test run the email address that shows up on the PayPal site is garbled/incorrect. I entered my PayPal email correctly in the application, but it shows up as something like:
bizmarts%[email protected] instead of [email protected]

What do I need to do to correct this?

    Thanks,
    RP

ps: App looks really nice !

    Hey bizmarts,

Would you mind starting a new thread so we can investigate this further. Your issue is not related to the one in this thread.

    Best regards,
    Bojan
