Changing Ribbons in Sober Theme

I’m posting my own solution to a problem I’ve been working on for a while. I wanted to change the wording on the product ribbons for new and favorite – the ribbons said “hot” and “new”. It was very difficult to find the file that had this wording!

The labels are found in the Theme>Sober>INC>class-sober-wc.php

My labels now say “Popular” and “Just Arrived!”.
