Changing Settings Without Permission

  • An update of MonsterInsights has automatically turned on email reports across all of my sites.

    I am now having to login into all of the sites to turn the setting off.

    This is bad practise to force a setting on users. Yes, install the functionality but NEVER turn it on automatically.

    Poor form

    Thank you for your feedback.

    Sorry for the trouble here! We released a feature a little earlier than expected. We are in the process of creating a patch that will resolve this issue for you.

    In the meantime, you can disable the email summaries within the MonsterInsights settings.

    Insights ? Settings ? Advanced ? Email Summary. 

    And toggling the option off.
