Changing Site Address on new installation

I have a brand new insallation of WordPress.

It is installed into https://domain.com/wordpress

However, I want to be able to access the install from just https://domain.com

I’ve gone into wordpress settings and changed the Site Address to just https://domain.com, but when I navigate to this, I get the following error:

Forbidden

You don’t have permission to access / on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Anyone have any ideas?
