Changing site icon problem

    Hi there.
    After clicking on ‘Select site icon’, selecting image that is an PNG 512x512px and clicking on ‘Select’ button, nothing is happening – the right side becomes grey and that is it.
    How can that issue can be solved.

    OK… seams that no one is interested in this problem… solved it wit uploading favicon.ico file to main directory.

    I tried to change the site icon on my test instances and it worked as expected, so the issue may occur due to a plugin conflict on your end. You could install the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin, enable the troubleshooting mode which will deactivate all plugins and check if the issue persists. If the problem doesn’t occur anymore, it means it was indeed caused by a plugin conflict and you should reactivate the plugins one by one, until you find the culprit. Then, replace that plugin with an alternative one.
