Changing Site URL for a site using Visual Composer

  • I have a site that uses Visual Composer that I need to change the URL of. My question is will the image links break for images that are placed using Visual Composer?

    The image URLs that I can see in the source code of the rendered pages look like: https://new.myebsite.org.uk/wp-content/uploads/2016/02/theimage.jpg

    In WP admin in the page edit Classic Mode > Text view, the image references are tags such as this [vc_single_image image=”112″ img_size=”large”]

    Does anyone know if Visual Composer will use the new URL for tags like [vc_single_image image=”112″ img_size=”large”] that are already established when I change WordPress URL and Site URL under Settings > General?
