Changing slug for company

Currently the company url format is as follows : https://www.sitename.com/comapny/companyname which displays the job listed by the given company. For eg: https://demo.astoundify.com/jobify/company/Amazon/Now what should we do to modify the tag ‘company’ in the url.
Say https://demo.astoundify.com/jobify/company/Amazon/ changes to
https://demo.astoundify.com/jobify/organization/Amazon/
