Changing start 'day' on the week

Hello all,
the calendar has been implemented here https://www.elredentor.com/events/ in Spanish. Currently the first day of the week shows as Monday, I would like it to be Sunday.
I am sure this is simple, but I can’t find where I can do this.
any help would be great!
