I have new posts show up with the status of “draft” by default. It allows me to be selective about what I want to have on my page. If something is junk, I set status to “trash”. If something is good, I change the status to “published”.

When I change status from draft to published, and the content is posted on my page, it’s not being tweeted. However, when I create a new post, select status as published and save it, it gets posted on my page and it gets tweeted. Am I missing something here?

OK, think I have it figured out..in the advanced options, I selected Allow status updates from Quick Edit. Seems to be working now!

Glad you figured it out! I leave the option to allow status updates from a quick edit change off because otherwise mass editing can cause issues when you’re not expecting it.

    Best,
    Joe
