• We moved our store to a new URL and Omnisend complained and we weren’t certain what to do. Thankfully, within a couple of minutes of asking a question on the Omnisend website chat app (it was on the lower left corner of the site where it was least expected ??) we got prompt help from Diego from Omnisend. We ended up creating and connecting a new store from Omnisend to WooCommerce store at the new URL. Diego provided resources to help move our contacts, forms and automations to the new store. Nice!
