• I have set my default citation style to nature, which I have used often. To the best my knowledge it uses a small superscripted number for the in-text citation. However, I am not getting this result in WordPress. Rather, I get author, date for the in-text reference but then a number at the bottom. Any thoughts on how I might fix this?

If it helps, the short code that is created by the plug-in is:

    [zotpressInText item=”{BZRNHGTH}”]
    [zotpress style=”nature” sortby=”default” sort=”DESC”]

    Thanks!

The in-text citation styles are unfortunately not automatic at this time. You need to use the “format” attribute to style them. I’m not sure if there’s support for superscript but you can find out by trying this: [zotpressInText item=”{BZRNHGTH}” format=”%num%”] Let me know how it goes.
