Changing Text on Vendor Dashboard

    Hi,

    I will like to change text of ‘Shipped’ to ‘Cooked’.

    I had copied the directories and files to my child-theme and edited the specific words.

    However, there’s no changes shown on the vendor dashboard.

    Please help.

    Below is the paths:
    plugin: wp-content/plugins/wc-vendors/classes/admin
    child-theme: wp-content/themes/flatsome-child/wc-vendors/classes/admin

  • Hello,

    You cannot override core files like this. Only files located in the templates directory can be overridden in your theme.

    The easiest way to changed text in the admin area is to use loco translate and create a new translation and change the text you require this way. It will be upgrade safe and no code modifications are required.
