    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out. I understand that you’re experiencing an issue with using videos on your product images. However, please note that video functionality is available in the PRO version of our product. If you are a PRO user, I kindly request you to visit smart-variations.com and open a support ticket. Our team will be happy to assist you further with this matter.

Regarding controlling the zoom level and background color for transparent PNG images, there are no options for it.

If you have any other questions or concerns, feel free to let me know.

    Best regards,

Is there atleast a way to disable the zoom? could I change the theme for the plugin so that it doesnt zoom on the images unless i open them in full screen?

The issue is that for transparent images, itll still show you the not zoomed in image in the background which makes it look ugly and is distracting…

Sorry, didnt know that video were a pro feature. will look into it!

    Hello,

To turn off the “Activate Magnifier Lens” option in SVI, please follow these steps:

    1. Go to the WooCommerce menu in your WordPress admin panel.
    2. Look for the “SVI” option and click on it.
    3. Inside the SVI settings, you will see multiple tabs at the top. Find and select the “Magnifier Lens” tab.
    4. Within the “Magnifier Lens” tab, you will find the option to activate or deactivate the magnifier lens functionality.
    5. Locate the “Activate Magnifier Lens” option and make sure it is turned off or unchecked.
    6. Don’t forget to save your changes to apply the new setting.

By following these steps, you will successfully turn off the “Activate Magnifier Lens” option in SVI.

If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, feel free to let me know.

THANK YOU SO MUCH. Great Support! I will be investing into the pro feature as Im really looking forward into being able to use videos in my products.

I didnt know SVI had all these features, I hadn’t ever found them or knew they existed.

Sorry to bother you again. Ive upgraded from free and the videos are working perfectly except for the option

“Sets SVI image as the current poster image for the player.”

Even though its doing what its supposed to, is there any way to change the css of it so that the thumbnail background isnt black?

Also, sometimes when reloading the page, the video is cropped and it wont go to its proper dimensions even after hitting play. it gets solved by having to reload the page. though reloading the page can break it also.

Astra is the theme just in case thats helpful
