Changing the Avatar Size

Hi, we would like to use this plugin for author bio photos for magazine features, and functionally that works really well.

The problem is that the uploaded photos are downsampled to 100×100 pixels, which looks really bad in the author bios (where images may be displayed larger than 100×100 pixels), and particularly bad on retina screens.

We found the settings for Contributor & Subscriber uploads and changed the image size to 1024×1024 px, but that appears to only affect the uploaded originals, which are then still downsampled to 100×100 px user profile pictures.

Is it not possible to change the default avatar size as well? (If not, please consider adding this functionality in the next update.)
