Changing the color of individual words, not entire block, on 5.9

    Hello,

    On the prior version of WP, I could change the color of an individual word by going to the top menu and selecting the appropriate option.

    Now, with this new version (5.9), that option is no longer there.

    Is there another way I can achieve this without changing the color of an entire block?
