Changing The Color of Shoutbox

    Both can be changed (color changed, icon hidden) using CSS of your site. The recomended way would be to utilize one of the Custom CSS plugins, e.g. one is part of Jetpack. Alternatively, if your site is using your own custom theme, you can also use CSS right in your theme.

    Please understand I will not delve deeper in how to modify look of WordPress site or guides how to work with CSS. There is plenty of material on that.
