Changing the Continue Reading text in slider

Hi,

Great theme, thank you for sharing this. I figured out most of the theme myself but can’t figure out how to change the text “Continue Reading” in the slider. I checked every file in the theme map and changed the continue reading text, after the change i refreshed my browser, if it didn’t worked out i changed it back to continue reading.

Hopefully someone could help me out with this.
