changing the cookie statement-eu

Hi,

I only found the statement as pdf on the server, but not the text linked in the banner which you can read if you clickk on Cookie Richtlinie. I woul like to chnage the text because it not well translated, and uses the phras du intead of Sie as a personal pronomina.

I could only found the short cut which is used for the side cookie Richtlinie EU:
[cmplz-document type=”cookie-statement” region=”eu”]

Where coul I change the text.
