Changing the default from "WordPress" bit

    Sorry I know this has probably been answered 100 times but I don’t wish to look through all 200+ pages to find the answer.

    How do you change the From sender of “WordPress”?

    ie email says WordPress<[email protected]>

    There really should be an easy way to change this. It also should be in the core functionality as well.
