Changing the default image

On the blog livable-communities.org we’re using the “Organic Themes” NonProfit theme, and for the life of me I can’t find where to change the default featured image right smack in the middle of the home page. Where is the setting for this? Why am I such a spaz with this theme? LOL sigh.
