Changing the default language

    Hi, we have an English page with a translation into Swedish. Is it possible to just flip the default language so that the Swedish translation will be default?

    Thanks for reaching out about your question.

    Changing the default language will invalidate existing translations. We can’t keep them because the translations are directional and you’ll also need to change ALL your content directly in the new language.

    The default language is the language your content was written in.

    If you want another language to be the first language, then simply enable:

    * Use TranslatePress -> Settings -> Subdirectory for default language -> Yes
    * Reorder the languages
