Changing the email templates?

  • Hi!

    I would like to translate everything being sent in a email, is this possible?
    Also, I changed “Notify these users when a contributor’s post is published or any other post is published.” to contributors and now I would like to unset this, how can I do that? There’s no setting to do so.

    Hi @fashioncoree – thanks for writing in and letting us know your request. I’ve added it translation readiness to our development roadmap. We will try to have it get it in the next or following release.

    As for the second question, you can just select another role to notify such as Admins.

    Notify these users when a contributor’s post is published or any other post is published.
    [ ] Contributors
    [ ] All Users
    [x] Admins
    [ ] Editors

    We do not have a “none” option for this. So there’s always a default set.

    I looked at this again, and realized you were asking if the content of the email can be translated. The answer is whatever language the content is in already, that is the language it gets sent. This plugin cannot translate content of a post.

    Hi again!

    Thank you for reaching back to me.
    The issue here is that the email is being sent with some default lines that I cannot seem to change myself, unless I’m missing something?

    Is all lines being added automatically without me setting it up under settings.
