changing the font color of topbar menu to black

    #nav-topbar.nav-container {
    background-color: #000;
}

    Thank you very much for your help dear friend.
    This code changes the background color, not the color of fonts in top bar menu.
    I want to change the color of top bar fonts.
    If you take a look at my site, you can see when the topbar background is yellow, it is hard to read the fonts in white color.
