Changing the Home|About links?

Hola.

I’ve been trying to change the Home and About links at the top of my page. I want to change what they say as well as their appearance. But I can’t for the life of me find where to change them (I’ve looked in the header and css files). Also, how would I be able to add more links to the top of that section?
