Changing the image on the WP login page

Hi! I’m pretty new to WP, and have a bit of a question here. I run two self-hosted WP blogs, and I was wondering if it were possible to change the logo on the Meta login screen from the wordpress logo to the logo of my sites? I sincerely appreciate any time!
