changing the language to japanese

Hello There,

I developed a site in English. But now I would like to change its dashboard to Japanese language. For this, I downloaded the WP in Japanese language and then overwrote all the japanese files in the current folder However, the Japanese language is not displayed in the dashboard area. Any solution to handle this issue?
