Changing the location of Woocommerce Product Image Gallery on a product page

    Is there any shortcode or code snippet I can use to place the Product Image Gallery on a woocommerce product page in some position other than directly under the product’s featured image?

    For instance I would like to show it directly beneath the product short description, or in a sidebar.

    I am not a coder, and use the Visual Composer plugin and other plugins (including Advanced Custom Fields) to construct my own custom Woocommerce product page layouts.

    I would be grateful for any ideas.

    Hey there,

    The location of the product gallery is determined by your theme – if you’d like to move it, you’ll need modify the WooCommerce template files.

    If you aren’t comfortable with code, you could work with a developer. I highly recommend contacting one of the services on our customizations page: https://woocommerce.com/customizations/

    Otherwise, you could try a different theme until you find one that you’re happy with.
