Changing the main page

  • Is it possible to change the default main page in word press so that instead of the news page being the first page it is one of the pages defined in word press?

    I know this can be accomplished via rewrite rules, was wondering if there was a non-server-side way to accomplish this.

  • Are you talking about your WordPress site, the administration panels of your WordPress admin, or something else?

    Requests for changes in the WordPress site need to be made in the Miscellaneous or Requests and Feedback sections of this forum.

    Changing the information on your site, we need to know “where” you are asking about. In the sidebar? Admin panels? Are you talking about the Dashboard admin page?
