I fixed up my entire store in a tablet and everything works for when I want to preview. I see what I would see on a desktop. When I check it from a phone, I get a completely different blue and white default looking layout. It’s words only, hardly any pics, no footer, and depending on what page I’m on, I’ll either see the default template or the desktop storefront template. How do I fix this so that people are always seeing the desktop design that I spent time on and never that defualt?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi there,

Do you have the Jetpack plugin installed on your site?

The reason I ask is that typically this view is added by AMP settings within the Jetpack plugin. What your seeing is essentially the Jetpack mobile theme. You can disable this by visiting Jetpack > Settings > Writing within WP-Admin (the WordPress dashboard). Once you are here, please toggle the Enable the Jetpack Mobile theme option:

Here’s a screenshot that would guide you in the right direction:

Here’s more on the Jetpack mobile theme: https://jetpack.com/support/mobile-theme/

Once you disable the mobile theme, you should be able to see the responsive version of your site.

    Hey @seanreloaded !
Thanks for getting back to me.

I found the toggle right where you said, but when I checked it out and my phone after saving, I still see the mobile then on some pages. It’s weird that I see it on some pages and not others. Is there Anything else I can do to change this?

    Hi @dragondandy,

Could you post the links for the pages that you’re still seeing the mobile theme on? I can check on some of my own devices and try to see what’s happening there.

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
